Sponsored Sky Dive for Waterloo

Jane Roberts one of our former Trustees and Secretary of the Waterloo Partnership is completed her darijaneng Sky Dive which was a gift from her husband. Jane has decided to raise sponsorship which she will donate to the Waterloo Partnership.

We would like to congratulate Jane on her excellent achievement and thank her wholeheartedly for supporting the Partnership through her sponsorship.

You can still sponsor Jane by downloading the Sponsor Form and following the instructions or by clicking on this link which will take you to our Big Give Page.

Jane said “I am doing a tandem sky dive – the highest of its kind in the UK (jumping from approximately 15,000 feet) – near Cartmel, in the South Lakes on Monday 4th May (weather permitting). My husband bought me this experience for my Christmas present as it is on my ‘bucket list’ of things to do.
I have decided, therefore, that if I am going to ‘fall out of a plane’ I might as well be paid to do it and am, therefore, hoping to gain as much sponsorship money as possible.

All monies raised will go to the Waterloo Partnership for ongoing projects in Waterloo, Sierra Leone as well as for families and orphans who are still in need of our help after the Ebola crisis.’
